This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Chmura Software for the use of IdleDownloadManager ("Software").

1. License Grant
Chmura Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the Software to others.
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Chmura Software retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. Custom Commands and Liability
The Software allows execution of custom system commands. You acknowledge that improper use of this feature may cause system errors or data loss. The use of custom commands is entirely at your own risk, and Chmura Software accepts no liability whatsoever for damage resulting from incorrectly configured scripts or commands. You are solely responsible for any damage or issues caused by such use.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chmura Software be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

By using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
